The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) conducts administrative reviews to update normal values, export prices or amounts of subsidy and to establish values for new exporters or new models. Administrative reviews are conducted annually to ensure that the values in place accurately reflect current market conditions and to ensure effective enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) orders and findings.
Each administrative review assesses the need to update or to establish normal values, export prices or amounts of subsidy. Each administrative review may include the following:
an administrative review schedule
a list of exhibits
a list of counsel granted disclosure
notice of initiation or conclusion of administrative review
