Carbon and Alloy Steel Line Pipe
Notice of Close of Record and Updated Schedule – Normal Value and Export Price Review

Ottawa, July 30, 2019

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today closed the record of the normal value and export price review of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe (line pipe) exported from South Korea to Canada by Husteel Co., Ltd. (Husteel).

This normal value review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) finding of a threat of injury issued on January 4, 2018, respecting the dumping of line pipe from South Korea, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The updated schedule for this normal value and export price review is available at: www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/sima-lmsi/up/menu-eng.html. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file submissions concerning this review.
