The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today closed the record of the normal value review (review) of certain aluminum extrusions originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China) by Test-Rite International Co., Ltd.
This review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s order issued on , in Expiry Review No. RR-2018-008, respecting the dumping and subsidizing of certain aluminum extrusions originating in or exported from China, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).
The updated schedule for the review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of record to file case arguments concerning this review.
