The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has closed the record of the normal value review of certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) exported to Canada from India by Jindal Saw Limited.
This review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s order issued on December 30, 2020, in Expiry Review No. RR-2019-006 respecting the dumping of certain OCTG from the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), India, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).
The updated schedule for the review is now available. Interested parties have seven days from the close of the record to file case arguments concerning this review.
