Notice of resumption of re-investigation

The Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) has today resumed the re-investigation of certain dry wheat pasta originating in or exported from Turkey.

Please note that due to the current volatile situation relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, some dates relating to this re-investigation will be determined in the future in accordance with the progression of all interested parties taking into consideration the continuing changing environment. The CBSA will continue to notify relevant parties as the revised dates are determined for, closing of the record, case arguments, reply submissions, and conclusion.
