Notice of close of record and updated schedule — normal value and export price review

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the normal value and export price review of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe (line pipe) exported from the Republic of Korea to Canada by SeAH Steel Corporation (SeAH).

The review follows requests for re-determination filed by an importer and is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) injury finding issued on , respecting the dumping of line pipe from the Republic of Korea, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The updated schedule for this normal value and export price review is available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file submissions concerning this review.
