Normal Value Reviews
Normal value reviews are conducted by the Canada Border Services Agency to update normal values, export prices or amounts of subsidy, as necessary, to ensure that these values accurately reflect current market conditions. Procedures followed during a normal value review are similar to those of a re‑investigation with the exception that each review is conducted with respect to a single exporter only.
