Ottawa, May 25, 2018

On May 24, 2018, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), pursuant to subsection 76.03(3) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), initiated an expiry review of its order made on August 19, 2013, in Expiry Review No. RR-2012-003, continuing, without amendment, its finding made on August 20, 2008, in Inquiry No. NQ-2008-001, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of certain carbon steel welded pipe originating in or exported from China.
