How to enable JavaScript

Note: You may access the CBSA log in services using other Web browsers and recently released versions of supported browsers; however, they may not have been fully tested with the CBSA log in services. If you encounter difficulties while using these browsers, it is recommended that you try again using one of the supported browsers listed above or an earlier version of a supported browser.

Before using the eManifest Portal, you must ensure that your browser is JavaScript enabled.

You will find below the steps to follow to enable JavaScript for your type of browser:

Mozilla Firefox (34 and above)

Refer to your web browser’s help section for information on enabling Javascript. Javascript must be enabled in each Web browser you use to access this website.

Internet Explorer (8 and above)

  1. Select Tools from the top menu
  2. Choose Internet Options and then the Security tab
  3. Select the Custom Level
  4. Scroll down until you reach the section labeled Scripting
  5. Under the Active Scripting section, select Enable and then OK
