Duty-Free Shop – Licensing

This memorandum replaces Memorandum D4-3-2, dated February 20, 2009.
This memorandum is revised as a result of the Paper Burden Reduction Initiative. The revisions are aimed at eliminating obsolete and duplicated requirements, streamlining certain commercial processes and modifying complex policies and forms.
In accordance with the above, the requirements, guidelines or procedures listed below have been changed or deleted and/or abolished.
1. Licence Amendment
2. Licence Renewal
3. Suspension
4. Cancellation
5. Death of Shareholder
