Anti-dumping and countervailing e-filing web application user guide

The Anti-dumping and countervailing e-filing web application, also known as the ACE web application, is a 24/7 digital self-service tool for interested parties involved in proceedings under the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The ACE web application will provide registered users with the ability to submit and access information related to future anti-dumping and countervailing duty proceedings initiated by the CBSA within the new web application.

This user guide gives an overview of the tool and its features.

Once registered, all users can access non-confidential (public) exhibits from the CBSA's administrative records for ongoing proceedings under SIMA. Eligible users will also be able to access confidential (protected) exhibits. Eligible users will only be granted special access in compliance with requirements under SIMA and in accordance with CBSA guidelines.
