Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Reporting of Goods Regulations Delegations Document: President of the Canada Border Services Agency
Pursuant to subsections 39(1) and 39.32(1) of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing ActFootnote 1, and subsection 9(1) of the Canada Border Services ActFootnote 2,
- I hereby authorize an officer holding a position listed in the attached Schedule, or a person authorized to exercise the powers or perform the duties and functions of that position, to exercise the powers or perform the duties of the President of the Canada Border Services Agency under the provisions of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act set out in the attached Schedule
- I hereby authorize the person who has the direct supervisory responsibility of an officer or person authorized under paragraph 1, in respect of the position held by that officer, to exercise the powers or perform the duties of the President of the Canada Border Services Agency under the provisions of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act set out in the attached Schedule
This document replaces previous delegations documents and comes into force on the date on which it is signed.
