Amendment to the Designations of Officers and Delegations of Authority by the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations

This document amends the Designations of Officers and Delegations of Authority by the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations signed on , and subsequently amended, as per the attached Schedule for the purpose of items 206, 207, 208, 213.1, 245, 245.1, 247, 248, 248.1, 250, 250.1, 251.1, 251.2 and 257.

This document comes into force on the date it is signed.
