Amendment to the Designations of Officers and Delegations of Authority by the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations

This document amends the Designations of Officers and Delegations of Authority by the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations Document signed on May 8th, 2023, and subsequently amended, as per the attached Schedule for the purpose of items 201.1 and 201.2

This document comes into force on the date on which it is signed.
