Notice of accessibility: method for obtaining non-confidential exhibits

As of October 18, 2021, the CBSA makes non-confidential/public exhibits available via external transfer links, upon request to the SIMA Registry and Disclosure Unit (the Unit). Each proceeding has an online folder containing the non-confidential exhibits for that proceeding. Upon request to the Unit, we provide, via email, link(s) to the requested folder(s). This enables parties to download non-confidential exhibits at the time they become available; this eliminates the need to arrange with us a time to transmit the documents to you. Accordingly, transfer sessions are limited to confidential exhibits only, which introduces efficiencies for all of us.
