Monitoring of SIMA Measures in Force respecting the dumping of flat hot-rolled carbon and alloy steel sheet and strip originating in or exported from Brazil, the People’s Republic of China, Chinese Taipei, India and Ukraine and the subsidizing of flat hot-rolled carbon and alloy steel sheet and strip originating in or exported from India.
As part of the CBSA’s formal monitoring process, interested persons (e.g. exporters, importers, and Canadian producers) are encouraged to share their views regarding whether the normal values, export prices and/or amounts of subsidy in place for a particular measure in force should be updated to reflect the current market conditions.
