Monitoring of SIMA Measures in Force respecting the dumping of certain fabricated industrial steel components originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Korea and the Kingdom of Spain and the subsidizing of certain fabricated industrial steel components originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China.
As part of the CBSA's formal monitoring process, interested persons (e.g. exporters, importers, and Canadian producers) are encouraged to share their views regarding whether the normal values, export prices and/or amounts of subsidy in place for a particular measure in force should be updated to reflect the current market conditions.
