Monitoring of SIMA Measures in Force respecting the dumping of certain corrosion-resistant steel sheet from China, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), India and South Korea.
As part of the CBSA’s formal monitoring process, interested persons (e.g. exporters, importers, and Canadian producers) are encouraged to share their views regarding whether the normal values, export prices and/or amounts of subsidy in place for a particular measure in force should be updated to reflect the current market conditions.
