Customs Notice 26-19: Highway Sufferance Warehouse Closure (St-Cesaire, Quebec)

1. The purpose of this notice is to advise that:

• effective August 10, 2026 the company located at 2500, chemin St-François, St-Cesaire, Quebec has surrendered their “BW” type highway sufferance warehouse license.
• the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has decided not to advertise for a new highway sufferance warehouse at this port.

2. As such, effective August 10, 2026 all bonded highway carriers transporting commercial freight for clearance at St-Cesaire, Quebec, port of entry will have to declare at another highway sufferance warehouse.
