Customs Notice 26-18: Highway Sufferance Warehouse Closure (East Farnham, Quebec)

1. The purpose of this notice is to advise that:
- effective the company located at 100, Leon Paul, East Farnham, Quebec has surrendered their “BW” type highway sufferance warehouse license.
- the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has decided not to advertise for a new highway sufferance warehouse at this port.
2. As such, effective all bonded highway carriers transporting commercial freight for clearance at East Farnham, Quebec, port of entry will have to declare at another highway sufferance warehouse.
