Customs Notice 23-29: Highway Sufferance Warehouse Closure (Cambridge, Ontario)

1. The purpose of this notice is to advise that:
- effective the company located at 130 Werlich Drive, Waterloo, ON has surrendered their "BW" type highway sufferance warehouse licence.
- the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has decided not to advertise for a new highway sufferance warehouse at this port.
2. As such, effective all bonded highway carriers transporting commercial freight for clearance at Cambridge, ON port of entry will have to declare at another highway sufferance warehouse.
