Information Pertaining to the Acceptance, Enforcement, and Renewal of Undertakings in Dumping and Subsidy Investigations

  1. This memorandum was revised to reflect changes in terminology following the creation of the Canada Border Services Agency.

  2. The changes include replacing:  "Canada Customs and Revenue Agency" with "Canada Border Services Agency", "Commissioner” with "President", and "Anti-dumping and Countervailing Directorate" with "Trade Programs Directorate".
