Phasing out the Anti-dumping and countervailing email alert service

The Anti-dumping and countervailing email alert service will be phased out by August 31, 2025.
Notices will continue to be posted on the Anti-dumping and countervailing program, informing interested parties of milestones during proceedings under the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).
You can stay informed by self-monitoring SIMA proceedings that are listed on the web page.
Please note that importers of goods subject to SIMA are responsible for ensuring that importations are properly declared in CARM. For further information, please refer to Guide for self-assessing Special Import Measures Act duties. Please refer to CBSA’s Measures in force for a list of goods currently subject to anti-dumping or countervailing measures.
New The Anti-dumping and countervailing e-filing (ACE) web application is a digital, self-service tool that provides access to exhibits and materials for SIMA proceedings.
Users are able to:
- Electronically submit documents related to an active proceeding under SIMA
- Access and download exhibits pertaining to SIMA proceedings
The ACE web application will continue to send automated emails upon account creation and a detailed confirmation as to whether each document uploaded in a submission was successful or not. The ACE web application will not provide updates on milestones during proceedings. The official investigation schedules for each proceeding are available on the Anti-dumping and countervailing program.
