- The Customs Brokers Professional Examination results are scored and communicated to the individuals who wrote the exam within four weeks from the date the exam was administered. The CBSA will strive to process customs broker licence applications within three months from the date of submission of a correctly completed application that meets all the requirements of the Regulations.

- For 2016-2017 the Customs Examination Fee was administered to 118 participants and the service standard was met 100% of the time. For 2016-2017 the Customs Broker Licencing Program renewed 571 Licenses and issued 11 new licences.

As a result, fees are not to be collected until further notice, pending a regulatory change. Furthermore, with the introduction of Sufferance Warehouse Modernization, the volume of future applicants cannot be accurately predicted.
