Authorization to Exercise Powers or Perform Duties and Functions of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness under the Coasting Trade Act
Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Coasting Trade ActFootnote 1 and subsections 12(1) and (2) of the Canada Border Services Agency Act,Footnote 2 I hereby authorize a person holding a position listed in the attached Schedule, or a person authorized to exercise the powers or perform the duties and functions of that position, to exercise the powers or perform the duties and functions of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness under sections 4, 5, and 6 of the Coasting Trade Act.
