The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) would like to inform you of the following changes to the 2007 Departmental Consolidation of the Customs Tariff, as contained in the T2007-4 Amendment Package.
- Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to paragraph 34(1)(b) of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed General Preferential Tariff Withdrawal Order (Bulgaria and Romania). P.C. 2007-1156, SOR/2007-173 (Effective on July 31, 2007).
- Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to paragraph 34(1)(b) of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed General Preferential Tariff Withdrawal Order (Republic of Belarus). P.C. 2007-1157, SOR/2007-174 (Effective on July 31, 2007).
- Pursuant to Bill C-26 and Bill C-6. The reference to the “Solicitor General of Canada” has been changed to the “Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness” (Effective on December 12, 2005, Corrected on August 23, 2007).
