The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) would like to inform you of the following changes to the 2007 Departmental Consolidation of the Customs Tariff, as contained in the T2007-2 Amendment Package.
- Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 82 of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff, 2007-1. P.C. 2007-431, SOR/2007-65 (Effective March 29, 2007).
Notice of Ways and Means Motion to Amend the Customs Tariff Relating to the Travellers' Exemption.
- The Description of Goods of tariff item No. 9804.10.00 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff is amended by replacing the reference to “two hundred dollars” with a reference to “four hundred dollars”.
