Tariff Notice – 19

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) would like to inform you of the following changes to the 2007 Departmental Consolidation of the Customs Tariff, as contained in the T2007-1 Amendment Package.

• Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 82 of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff, 2006-3. P.C. 2006-1400, SOR/2006-295 (Effective November 23, 2006);
• Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 82 of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff, 2006-4 (Textiles and Apparel) P.C. 2006-1462, SOR/2006-327 (Effective on January 1, 2005);
• Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 14 of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff (Harmonized System Conversion, 2007), No. 2. P.C. 2006-1463, SOR/2006-328 (Effective date January 1, 2007);
