The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) would like to inform you of the following changes to the 2006 Departmental Consolidation of the Customs Tariff, as contained in the T2006-2 Amendment Package.
- An Act to establish the Canada Border Services Agency, assented to 3rd November, 2005 – Bill C-26 (Effective on December 12, 2005).
