Tariff Notice – 10

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

Temporary Tariff Item Nos. 5311.00.10 and 5311.00.90 that were due to expire on September 18, 2005, are being extended to December 31, 2005, pending approval of the Order-in-Council to implement the extension. As these changes will not be passed before these items expire, they will be included in the 2006 Customs Tariff Departmental Consolidation. This will not affect CCS (Customs Commercial System), as this change is only a text change for these tariff items. The temporary items will continue to be available in CCS until the new expiry date.
