The Departmental Consolidation of the Customs Tariff 2004 is now available on the CCRA Internet site.

Listed under the Table of Contents are the following:

• Customs Tariff Act in electronic format,
• the General Rules for the Interpretation of the Harmonized System,
• the List of Countries and Applicable Tariff Treatments and
• the Administrative Guidelines.
• Listed under the Summary of Changes are all items in the 2004 Tariff with a change bar. Direct links to the legislation including the Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff (Canada-Israel Agreement Tariff) can also be found on the web address listed above.
