- What is dumping? How does the process work?

Information pertaining to the acceptance, enforcement, and renewal of undertakings in dumping and subsidy investigations, as well as an example format of an undertaking, can be found in Memorandum D14-1-9.
- How do I know if the goods I import are subject to anti-dumping or countervailing duties?
Consult the Measures in Force section for an answer to this question – You will find in this section a list of goods currently subject to anti-dumping or countervailing duties, including provisional duties, imposed under the SIMA and the relevant countries of origin or export. The description of goods subject to anti-dumping or countervailing duties is in the D15 Memorandum series.
