Ottawa, March 22, 2010

The Canada Border Services Agency initiated an investigation on March 22, 2010, under the Special Import Measures Act, respecting the alleged injurious dumping of greenhouse bell peppers originating in or exported from the Netherlands. The investigation follows a complaint filed by the Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers of Leamington, Ontario.
