Ottawa, October 8, 2009

The Canada Border Services Agency initiated an investigation on October 8, 2009, under the Special Import Measures Act, respecting the alleged injurious dumping of faced rigid cellular polyurethane-modified polyisocyanurate thermal insulation board originating in or exported from the United States of America. The investigation follows a complaint filed by IKO Sales Ltd. of Toronto, Ontario.
