The Canada Border Services Agency initiated an investigation on April 27, 2009, under the Special Import Measures Act, respecting the alleged injurious dumping of certain mattress innerspring units originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China. The investigation follows a complaint filed by Globe Spring & Cushion Company Ltd. of Toronto.
