Detailed product description required for purposes of contraventions C223 and C224 for the CITT finding dated January 7, 2005 and the CITT's order issued on January 6, 2010 continuing the findings of injury with amendments, for certain carbon steel fasteners originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China and Chinese Taipei.

• name and address of producer/manufacturer, if known (mandatory where the vendor is not considered the exporter for SIMA purposes)
• location of plant/mill of production, if known
• place from which direct shipment to Canada began
• name and address of vendor (if different from producer)
• customer's name and address
• Canadian importer's name and address (if different from the customer)
• full product description including:
  • Identifier (assigned by CBSA if applicable)
  • SKU/Model number (if applicable)
  • Type of Fastener (wood screw, machine screw, sheet metal screw, etc.)
  • Head
  • Drive
  • Material (carbon or stainless)
  • Diameter
  • Length
  • Weight in kilograms

• NOTE: In addition, for sharp-pointed and self drilling drywall screws excluded as per the CITT's order you must provide the following information:

  • Finish/Coating

• date of sale, date of shipment
• quantity in units (1 unit equals to1000 pieces);
• unit selling price
• total selling price;
• currency of settlement used (e.g., US$, CDN$, etc.)
• terms and conditions of sale (e.g., FOB, CIF, etc.)
• all costs, expenses, and charges incurred by the exporter and vendor in the shipment of the subject goods to Canada from the point of direct shipment (includes inland and ocean freight, insurance, etc.).
