Certain filter tipped cigarette tubes, originating in or exported from France - Notice of Review of the Undertaking

Ottawa, January 5th, 2009

On January 5, 2009, the Canada Border Services Agency, pursuant to the Special Import Measures Act, initiated a review of the undertaking respecting certain filter tipped cigarette tubes originating in or exported from France. The purpose of this review is to determine if the undertaking should expire or be renewed for a further period of five years.
