SIMA - Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Directorate

These guidelines outline the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) policies and procedures with respect to the conduct of expiry review investigations under the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The public is invited to review the guidelines and provide the CBSA with any comments or suggestions concerning the expiry review policies and procedures. These comments will help the CBSA in making improvements to the investigative process. Comments should be made, in writing, to the Director, Operational Policy, or submitted by e-mail.
