What is it?
CCEPS is a self-serve system that lets you fill in your B3 accounting form from a computer workstation at designated CBSA offices. The system will guide you through the accounting form, and automatically calculate the duties and taxes that you owe.
Who can use it?
CCEPS is designed for individuals or small businesses who import commercial goods.

What do I need to use it?
- a Business Number (importer number);
- an invoice or other supporting documents;
- cargo control documents, permits and certificates, if applicable.
What do I have to do?
- Enter your import information.
- Print a copy of your completed Form B3.
- Sign the form and give it to the border services officer.
- Pay your duties and taxes and get your receipt.
- Take delivery of your goods.
