Application of anti-dumping duty

This memorandum is being revised to reflect the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s orders, dated January 9, 2008, continuing the order regarding certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China and rescinding the order regarding hot-rolled carbon steel plate originating in or exported from the Republic of South Africa and the Russian Federation.
