This memorandum contains the CCFTA Rules of Origin Regulations to be used in the determination of the origin of goods for the purposes of the CCFTA tariff treatment, enacted pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Customs Tariff.
This memorandum contains the recent technical rectifications to the CCFTA Rules of Origin Regulations that came into force January 1, 2005. For the official copy of these amendments, refer to SOR/2004-298 in Part II of the Canada Gazette.
