New NEXUS membership cards

Old NEXUS membership cards are no longer accepted in the NEXUS lane as of May 1, 2009.

NEXUS members should have received their new membership card:

If you have not received your new card, contact a NEXUS enrolment centre immediately.

Please note that your old NEXUS membership card is no longer accepted in the NEXUS lane as of May 1, 2009, and will be confiscated if used. Ensure that you carry alternative acceptable identification if you travel between Canada and the United States prior to receiving your new NEXUS card.

Activate your new card

Members must activate their card to ensure their passage privileges are not interrupted.

Activate your card online or go in person to an enrolment centre.

Once your new card is activated, remember to destroy your old membership card.
