Data Transmission Format

Air Cargo and Conveyance information must be transmitted using EDIFACT format only. Air Supplementary Cargo information may be transmitted in both ANSI and EDIFACT formats. For further information on ANSI and EDIFACT message standards, please refer to the Electronic Commerce Client Requirements Document entitled Advance Commercial Information Air Client Document.

ACI Air Timeframes

The following chart summarizes the ACI timeframes for providing air Conveyance, Cargo, Split Shipment, and Supplementary Cargo Reports:
