Lansdowne Port of Entry NEXUS lane temporarily closed due to construction

Lansdowne, Ontario, June 11, 2011 – Effective June 13, 2011, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will temporarily close the NEXUS lane at the Lansdowne Port of Entry due to construction.

The NEXUS lane will reopen as soon as the construction has been completed (date to be confirmed).

The lane normally dedicated to NEXUS will be used to process commercial vehicles during the construction period. The construction is necessary to repair a commercial truck primary inspection line (PIL) booth that was damaged in an accident last week.

The CBSA regrets any inconvenience to NEXUS program users.
