Vinorelbine injection is an antineoplastic drug in liquid form. Used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and metastatic breast cancer, this product is a semi-synthetic vinca alkaloid. It is packaged in vials of one and five millilitres.

This product meets the terms of heading 30.04 of the Harmonized System and the condition specified in Explanatory Note (b) to heading 30.04; specifically, it is a drug for therapeutic use imported in a form or packing for retail sale. As a medicament containing other non-narcotic alkaloids or their non-narcotic derivatives it is classified within subheading 3004.40.

In accordance with General Interpretative Rule 1 of the Harmonized System, the vinorelbine injection is classified under classification number 3004.40.00.90 of the Customs Tariff.
