To Report Border-Related Criminal Activity

Please contact the Border Watch toll-free line at 1-888-502-9060 or a Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) criminal investigations unit near you to report suspected cases of customs fraud, immigration fraud or any other fraud against border legislation enforced by the CBSA.

When providing information to the CBSA regarding a suspected border offence, it is important to include as many details as possible. We will accept and research any information, even if it seems trivial. 

Providing the following information will help us determine the best course of action: 

• Names and contact information of the parties involved
• What happened 
• Location and addresses of where this suspected offence took place
• Date and time it happened
• Why you think it is a suspected border offence
• Whether we can contact you for further information and, if so, your contact information

All information received by a CBSA criminal investigations unit is taken seriously and appropriately actioned.
