After you subscribe to a list, we'll send you an e-mail asking you to confirm that you want to subscribe. We do this to protect your privacy, and to ensure that it was you that subscribed to the list and not someone else who used your email address.
Once you confirm that you want to subscribe to the list, we'll send you a second e-mail indicating that you have been successful in subscribing. We'll also send you instructions on how to unsubscribe from the list.
No. You must subscribe to each e-mail alert list individually by providing your e-mail address and selecting the list to which you want to subscribe.
You can unsubscribe from an email alert list at any time. Each e-mail alert list subscription page has an unsubscribe section at the bottom of the page. In addition, instructions for unsubscribing to a list are included in every email you receive for your list.
Your privacy is very important to the CBSA. We will not share your information with any other organizations, and only CBSA employees working directly on a specific email alert list will have access to its membership. Please see our Privacy protection page for more information.
