Authorization to have the Authority and Powers of a Peace Officer

Pursuant to subsection 138(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, I, Claudette Deschênes, Vice-President, Enforcement Branch, hereby repeal the Authorization to Have the Authority and Powers of a Peace Officer, made on August 8th, 2002, and authorize the officers who hold the following titles to have the authority and powers of a peace officer - including those set out in section 487 to 492.2 of the Criminal Code - to enforce the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, including any of its provisions with respect to the arrest, detention or removal from Canada of any person:
